Mobile Tickets
Mobile tickets are now available for all FSCJ Artist Series events at Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts and will be the default delivery method for orders moving forward. Mobile tickets are easily accessible on your mobile phone and the QR code can be scanned when you enter the venue. Plus, you don’t have to worry about lost show tickets or parking passes in the mail or misplacing tickets.
How to Access Your Mobile Tickets
Mobile tickets are available in the Upcoming Events page in your Artist Series account starting 24 hours before the scheduled event. We recommend pulling up your tickets before you leave for the theater to avoid connection issues.

Step One: Log into your Artist Series Account
Click here to go to your Upcoming Events page from your mobile phone. Log into your account with the same email and password you used to purchase tickets. You will automatically be directed to your Upcoming Events page.
Alternatively, you can access the Upcoming Events page by clicking on the dropdown in the top left corner of your account.
Step Two: View Tickets
All performances associated with your account will be visible on the Upcoming Events page. To access tickets for a performance within 24 hours of the scheduled curtain time, scroll to find the performance and click on the View Tickets button.
Optional: Add tickets to your Apple or Google wallet for quick and easy access when you arrive at the theater.
Step Three: Present Your Mobile Ticket Upon Entry
When you arrive at the theater for your performance, show your mobile ticket to the ticket taker who will scan the QR code from your device.
Performance Day Tips
Here are ways to speed up your entry when you arrive at the theater:
- Before you leave for the theater, access your tickets through your Upcoming Events page in your account with your mobile phone connected to the internet.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- Increase the brightness of your screen for ease of scanning.
- Have your ticket ready to be scanned before entering the theater.
Ease of Access and Convenience: We want to make your experience at the theater as easy as possible. Having a mobile ticket saved in your account is one way to achieve this.
No More Lost Tickets: Your mobile ticket is saved in your account, and available on your mobile device.
Extra Security: Mobile tickets help prevent tickets from being scalped or appearing on third-party websites.
Environmentally friendly: Mobile tickets help reduce paper usage.

Visit the FSCJ Artist Series Will Call at Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts starting one hour prior to the performance and our staff will be able to print your purchased tickets.
At this time, we do not offer an option to forward mobile tickets. If you would like to give your tickets to a friend or family member, please contact info@fscjartistseries.org to request Will Call pickup with an alternate name. The box office will print your tickets and make them available to pick up at the FSCJ Artist Series Will Call at Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts starting one hour prior to curtain.
At the time of checkout, you will have the option to select delivery which will include Mobile Tickets, Will Call or Mail. Select Will Call or Mail to receive a paper ticket.
Yes! Follow the instructions to Access your Mobile Ticket and click Add to Wallet.
If you change your order, a new mobile ticket will automatically be created and saved in your account. Please keep in mind Mobile Tickets only become available 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
Starting May 16, 2024 only performances presented by FSCJ Artist Series at Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts will have the Mobile Ticket option. Performances presented by FSCJ Artist Series at FSCJ Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts do not have the option for Mobile Tickets at this time.
No, IPADs and tablets are NOT allowed in the theater.
Parking purchased through our website as well as complimentary parking for VIP Members at the Patron level will be available on your Mobile phone under Upcoming Events in your Artist Series account.
Valet Parking for VIP Members at the Benefactor, Producer, Angel or Champion levels will not be available on your Mobile phone and will be mailed to the address of your account following the Season Kick Off Event scheduled for Monday, September 30, 2024.
